Exercise Assistant is a Comprehensive Fitness Management Software for TG03 and Desktop PC. It contains various modules to track every aspects related to fitness. All the data in "Exercise Assistant" can be moved to Desktop Companion and can be copied back to TG03 by "Backup & Restore" option. This helps in restoring all the details even if the TG03 is hard reset.

Details in every module can be transferred to five formats, i.e., HTML, Text, CSV, PDF and Excel Formats. Details in every module can also be generated into a report to take print-outs. Exercise Assistant is protected by 128-bit encrypted master password to ensure security. Various tracking methods are provided including Date and Month tracking.
